When you submit a contact or inquiry form on this website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any other information you choose to provide. When you book a call through our scheduling tool, your name, email, and appointment details are collected by Cal.com.

How we use it

The information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.

Third parties

We use Resend to deliver form submissions to our inbox. We use Cal.com to manage call bookings. Both act as data processors and do not use your information for marketing purposes. We use analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our website. No other third parties receive your information.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing admin@serviro.co. We will action your request within 30 days.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our pages. This may include data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your data to third parties.

RoutePay App

RoutePay is a mobile application by Serviro LLC for tracking delivery driver earnings.

Data we collect:

  • Email address (used for account authentication)
  • User ID (used to identify your account and sync your data)
  • Product interaction data (screens visited, features used - collected via PostHog for analytics)
  • Delivery data you manually enter (earnings, packages, routes)

How we use it: Your data is used solely to provide the RoutePay service. Analytics data helps us understand how the app is used and improve features.

Third parties: We use Supabase to store your account and delivery data securely. We use PostHog for in-app analytics. Neither service sells your data.

Data retention: Your account and delivery data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights: To request deletion of your RoutePay data, email admin@serviro.co. We will action your request within 30 days.
